Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, instilling a deep understanding of Estonia's unique market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key business clients, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Optimize sales processes for improved efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, in alignment with our company's goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure sales strategies complement overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to seize growth opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Manage the sales department's budget, strategically allocating resources for maximum impact and financial success.
  • Uphold strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
