We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to lead our customer service representative team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and leading a team to meet company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and quality service.

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and customer feedback, providing coaching and support as needed.

  • Train, motivate, and guide the team to improve skills and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure effective resolution.

Reikalavimai darbui

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in tourism or hospitality.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with 3 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Lithuanian (Norwegian would be a plus but not required).

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
