Technical product customer support

Our client, a company selling technical aviation products, is looking for a technical product customer support representative. In this position your main duties will be working with client inquiries by email or by phone. Your main tasks will include:

  • Communication with customers and suppliers;
  • Answering and responding to customer calls and messages;
  • Preparing proposals and sales offer letters;
  • Support customers for needed parts;
  • Organise logistics and negotiate with suppliers.


We expect:

  • Good English language skills (Russian language skills would be an advantage, but not mandatory);
  • 2-5 years of work with technical automobile spare parts
  • Experience in customer service area or sales;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Integrity and strong ethics.
