Technical product customer support
Our client, a company selling technical aviation products, is looking for a technical product customer support representative. In this position your main duties will be working with client inquiries by email or by phone. Your main tasks will include:
- Communication with customers and suppliers;
- Answering and responding to customer calls and messages;
- Preparing proposals and sales offer letters;
- Support customers for needed parts;
- Organise logistics and negotiate with suppliers.
- Good English language skills (Russian language skills would be an advantage, but not mandatory);
- 2-5 years of work with technical automobile spare parts
- Experience in customer service area or sales;
- Negotiation skills;
- Integrity and strong ethics.
